Nautical HY provides POS and restaurant management services. You agree not to misuse the service or use it for illegal purposes.
Subscription fees are billed according to your plan. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
Your restaurant data belongs to you. We store it securely on Supabase and Azure. You can request deletion at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account through Settings.
